Who is it for?

For the adventure

Come for a fun day out in London: the buzz of solving clues and riddles, a proper outdoor walk, and stories from the past without feeling like a lecture. Ideal if you want excitement, time well spent, and to learn about the city while you play — solo or with a group.

For the people you love (our difference)

This is why we’re not “just” another outdoor activity. When you book, you can choose to say something that matters to someone else — not only “get a letter for yourself.” Write what you want them to hear: a proposal, a thank-you, appreciation for family or colleagues, a birthday or anniversary message, or a last-minute surprise. Your words become a personalised letter from 1800, revealed at the end of the hunt. You can join them on the day or gift the experience for them to go alone — you decide when you book.

How the letter fits in: In the booking form, add your message (optional). As players move through the route, the letter unfolds in the story. At the final stop, the full letter — built from your words in our time-travel world — is theirs to keep.

🔍 Clues, riddles, and London history — fun first, whether you add a message or not
✉️ Optional: your message to someone special, woven into a letter from 1800
📍 Outdoor route from near Waterloo through iconic central London locations
🎁 Gift a slot for occasions, teams, friends, or family — play together or send them on their own

How It Works

Playing for fun: Master Archibald guides you through about 10 locations across central London. At each stop, solve clues and riddles and answer questions from what you see around you. You’ll learn snippets of London’s past as you go — at your own pace, ideal for a day out or a summer walk.

Gifting or sending a message: In the same booking flow, you can add a personal message for the player(s) — or leave it blank if you’re only here for the mystery. If you add one, those words feed into the letter from 1800 revealed at the end: perfect for proposals, gratitude, team shout-outs, family surprises, or a thoughtful gift when you’re short on time.

Who can play: Solo, couples, friends, families, or colleagues. One person books; you choose whether the message is for the group or for someone in it, and whether you play alongside them or gift the slot.
